International Shipping Information

Yes, Shop Fortune ships internationally! We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $19 and other international countries for a flat rate of $29. International orders are dispatched nationwide using Australia Standard Post International. 

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note, many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of the customer to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

Shop Fortune does not offer any assistance in this process.

Standard Delivery - Free for Orders over $99. Orders placed on any business day before 3pm Brisbane time will be dispatched the same day. Standard Shipping is a flat rate charge of $9.99 for all orders and is free for orders over $99.

Express Delivery - $12.99 Flat Rate - If you need it for the weekend, select the Express Shipping Option at checkout! Express Post parcels are prioritised for delivery within the network in Australia. Express Post is currently running on time, or close to it, in most cases delivering in 1-2 business days within the next day network! 

Customers who qualify for free standard shipping will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for the additional $12.99 charge.

We’re 100% Australian owned and operated, and our warehouse is situated North Brisbane, QLD. We always use the fastest shipping method available to ensure your item is delivered on time, into your hot little hands for that sexy night in or your besties costume party!

PLEASE NOTE: The time frames above are estimates only. Sometimes there can be unexpected delays. Courier Delivery and Australia Post delivery times are beyond our control. Shop Fortune will GUARANTEE that all orders made before 3pm will be posted on the SAME DAY, however we cannot control delivery times once the parcel is in the hands of our Courier Service or Australia Post. We do not offer compensation for orders received outside these times. However you can choose to return your unworn item for a full refund, minus shipping. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regards to your order being delivered.

Express overnight delivery to customers in Metro & Greater Qld. ( Monday - Friday only, excluding public holidays)

Order by 10 am Monday - Friday, and then wait patiently by your post box for your special delivery, delivered the next day! That’s only 1 sleep!

We offer free shipping because we are online shoppers too, and we understand how important it is to rationalize buying something online instead of going to a store! ( you’re saving on petrol, duh!) We offer fuss free shopping, so you can shop 24/7, in your pyjamas, or lingerie! ;)

- Free standard delivery only applies to orders over $99. Orders from $0 - $98.99 are required to pay for shipping, and customers can choose from our range of best priced shipping options.

- Items sent in exchange for a returned item that was sent free of postage costs, will need to have the postage cost added. The rate is $9.99 to send your replacement item/s via standard delivery or $12.99 for express delivery. This will need to be paid before we post your item. Alternatively, you can include a self addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel for us to send your replacement in.

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days, like the week before Halloween! If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
