We strongly recommend choosing Express options at checkout for any orders you require for Halloween weekend. 

All items are held in stock at our dedicated north Brisbane warehouse. All orders placed before 3pm AEST will ship same day.

All dates shown are an estimate only and not a delivery guarantee. The date shown for your chosen shipping method is the earliest you should expect your order - it may take longer for your parcel to arrive. We do not offer delivery guarantees as we have no control over the parcel once it leaves our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it if it is not going to arrive on time. Orders that arrive later than the estimated delivery date do not qualify for an immediate refund, or a refund of the shipping fee. If the items are no longer required, they can be returned for a refund as outlined in the Unwanted Items section of our Returns Policy.
